Filler

  • The facial fillers used at Youthful You Aesthetics are made from hyaluronic acid. The use of fillers can help add volume to the area as well as replace soft-tissue volume loss and diminish the appearance of wrinkles.

  • Results are visible immediately after the treatment is completed; however, as the body heals, there can be visible swelling and bruising for 3-7 days. Full results can be expected about 2-3 weeks after the injections. Please plan your appointment a minimum of 2 weeks prior to any events or vacations to allow for recovery time.

  • Each type of filler will vary in length of time depending on location it was injected, but typically between 9-18 months.

  • If you choose to stop receiving cosmetic aesthetic treatments, the treatment areas will return to the original state.

  • As with any medication, there are some risks. Together, we will discuss risk to benefit and complication management.

Botox

  • These are all medications used to treat and prevent wrinkles, fine lines and deep facial furrows. By working beneath the surface of the skin, they help reduce underlying muscle activity that causes the skin to appear wrinkled or folded. These 3 medications are very similar to one another – same price, same duration, just differing on dosage.

  • Results vary by product, but typically results can be seen in 2 to 7 days and full results are achieved within 14 days.

  • Results are not permanent. Effects can last about 3-4 months.

  • Downtime is minimal and most clients go back to work immediately after their appointment. There is a risk of bruising so plan appointments 2 weeks prior to any major event.

  • Most clients report no pain during their appointment. We use the smallest needle available, so you only feel a little pinch.

Kybella

  • Kybella is used to permanently diminish small pockets of fat on the body such as double chin, bra bulges, inner thigh fat and belly fat.

  • Noticeable results will be in 60-90 days.

  • Based on FDA trials, Kybella causes the destruction of fat cells. Once destroyed, those cells cannot store or accumulate fat.

  • Downtime is moderate. According to the Kybella website, it’s common to have bruising, swelling and some numbness in the area treated.

Vivace

  • Vivace is the next level microneedling system that uses gold tipped needles with advanced technology to increase collagen and elastin production.

  • The treatment begins with a specialized numbing cream to ensure comfort throughout the procedure. We then complete the microneedling procedure and apply a cooling mask post treatment.

  • This treatment has minimal downtime, but you may see slight redness in the face for a few days.
